🔄 Can I use multiple payment methods?

No, Uxcel does not currently support using multiple payment methods for a single subscription. You must choose one payment method (such as a credit/debit card, Google Pay, or Apple Pay) for your plan. This method will be used for all future payments unless you update it.

🔧 How to update your payment method

Updating your billing information is quick and ensures you keep access to certificates, role-based content, and team tracking tools.

Steps:

  1. Log in to your account:

    https://app.uxcel.com/login

  2. Open Account Settings:

    • Click your profile icon in the top right

    • Select "Account Settings", "Subscription" tab

  3. Go to billing section:
    In the Subscription area, locate your current payment method

  4. Enter new details:
    Update your card or mobile wallet information

  5. Click Save to apply changes

🔁 Are automatic payments enabled?

Yes — automatic payments are enabled by default for all Uxcel plans.

How it works:

  • When you sign up, your payment method is saved for recurring billing

  • At the end of each cycle (monthly or annually), the same method is charged

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email after each renewal
