Yes, instructors at Uxcel have the opportunity to offer additional mentoring and coaching beyond the standard course experience. These activities are designed to deepen student engagement, provide personalized support, and help instructors build stronger relationships with the Uxcel learner community.

Mentorship opportunities

While Uxcel doesn’t currently support direct mentorship bookings through the platform, instructors can still offer mentoring services by adding a custom booking or contact link to their instructor profile. This enables learners to reach out for personalized advice, portfolio reviews, or project feedback outside the platform.

Once platform-integrated mentorship features are launched in the future, instructors will have more streamlined ways to manage and promote these sessions directly through Uxcel.

Options include:

  • One-on-one mentorship

    Offer individual sessions where learners can seek career coaching, portfolio feedback, or topic-specific guidance

  • Small group mentorship

    Host themed group sessions focused on specific UX, UI, or product management challenges

Coaching and workshops

Instructors may also support learners through educational events. While direct booking for coaching is not currently available on Uxcel, instructors can still:

  • Host free workshops

    Deliver live sessions to expand on course material or dive deeper into specialized topics

  • Offer paid workshops

    These may be arranged through Uxcel’s team for enterprise learners or corporate partners on a case-by-case basis

Important guidelines

  • All mentoring and coaching activities must align with Uxcel’s professional standards and community policies

  • Promotion of external mentorship services is allowed only through approved methods, such as a custom link in your profile

  • Direct advertising of unrelated services or solicitation outside Uxcel’s ecosystem is not permitted
