How does billing work?

Uxcel offers a variety of subscription plans, each with different billing cycles to suit your learning goals:

  • Monthly Subscription: Billed once per month. Your card is charged automatically on the same date each month as your original purchase.

  • Annual Subscription: A single upfront payment, billed once a year. This plan provides the best value for long-term learners.

  • Team and Enterprise Plans: Custom pricing, billed annually. These are designed for businesses and include centralized billing, onboarding, and analytics tools.

All paid plans are set to auto-renew unless canceled before the next billing date. You can manage your billing in Account Settings → Subscription.


What is the billing cycle for each plan?

  • Monthly Plan: Charged monthly on the date of initial subscription.

  • Annual Plan: Charged yearly as a one-time payment. Offers significant savings compared to the monthly plan.

  • Team Plan: Typically billed annually, based on a custom agreement. Contact support@uxcel.com for details.


Can I pay with PayPal?

Currently, Uxcel does not support PayPal. However, the following payment methods are available:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: Visa, Mastercard

  • Mobile Payments: Google Pay, Apple Pay (mobile only)

  • Bank Transfers: Available for Team and Enterprise plans upon request

What happens if a payment fails?

If your payment is declined:

  1. Check your payment details (card number, expiration date, CVV).

  2. Ensure sufficient funds are available.

  3. Try an alternative method, like Google Pay or another card.

  4. Contact your bank if you suspect a block on international or recurring transactions.

  5. Retry the payment from your Account Settings.

  6. Contact Uxcel Support if the issue continues.

During a failed payment, access to premium content may be paused until the issue is resolved. Teams and Enterprise customers can receive direct assistance.


How do I upgrade my subscription plan?

Upgrading your plan is easy and flexible:

From Free Plan to Pro:

  1. Visit the Pricing Page

  2. Choose Pro (monthly or annual)

  3. Complete the payment

From Monthly to Annual:

  1. Go to Account Settings → Subscription

  2. Cancel your monthly plan (remains active until billing cycle ends)

  3. After expiration, subscribe to the Annual Plan via the Pricing Page

From Individual to Team Plan:

  1. Visit Uxcel for Teams

  2. Contact support@uxcel.com for onboarding and invoicing
