My payment didn’t go through — who do I contact?

If you were expecting a payout from Uxcel and it didn’t arrive as scheduled, don’t worry — we’re here to help.
All instructor payments are processed through Uxcel’s affiliate platform. If your payment didn’t go through, it may be due to:
An issue with your payment method (e.g. unverified PayPal or bank account)
Not meeting the minimum payout threshold
A delay in the affiliate platform’s processing schedule
Missing or incomplete tax documentation (for US residents)

If you’ve already confirmed that your payment and tax details are correct in your affiliate dashboard, and you’re still missing a payout:

Include the following in your message to speed up the process:
Your full name and email used for your affiliate account
The payment month you’re inquiring about
A brief description of the issue
Our team will work with you and the affiliate platform to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
