Do you need a subscription to take a certification exam?
Yes. Access to Uxcel professional certification exams requires either:
an active Uxcel Pro subscription, or
access through a paid Uxcel Teams plan.
Certification is part of the advanced learning features available to Pro and Teams users. These plans provide access to certification exams, preparation materials, and skill assessments that help learners prepare for certification.
You can explore available plans here:

What about Teams trial access?
If your organization is using a Uxcel Teams trial, you may still be able to explore certification features and attempt certification exams.
However, certifications are not issued during the trial period.
To receive an official certification credential, your organization must upgrade to a paid Teams plan.
Once the account is upgraded, certification credentials can be issued for successfully completed exams. What does the subscription include?
With an active subscription, you can:
access certification exams
use recommended preparation courses
complete skill assessments
maintain or renew certifications
These resources are designed to help learners prepare effectively before attempting certification.

What happens if your subscription expires?
If your Pro subscription or Teams access expires, you may temporarily lose access to certification features on the platform.
However, your previously earned certifications will remain associated with your account.
You can restore access to certification features by reactivating your subscription.
