❌ What should I do if my payment fails or is declined?
Failed payments can happen for a number of reasons but they’re usually easy to fix. Here's how to get back on track:
1. ✅ Double-check your payment information
Make sure your payment details are correct:
Credit/debit card number
Expiration date
CVV/security code
If using Google Pay or Apple Pay, confirm your wallet is active and linked
2. 💰 Confirm available funds
Make sure your card or account has sufficient funds. If you're using a debit card, check with your bank about:
Spending limits
Restrictions on international or online transactions
3. 🔁 Try an alternative payment method
Uxcel supports a variety of payment options:
Credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard)
Google Pay or Apple Pay on your mobile
Bank transfers for Teams and Enterprise plans
You can update your payment method via your Account Settings.
4. 🏦 Check with your bank or card provider
Banks may block recurring or international charges for security reasons. Call your provider and confirm:
The transaction is authorized
Future charges from Uxcel should be allowed
5. 🔄 Retry the payment manually
Once you’ve updated your info, head back to your Account Settings → Subscription and try the payment again. Most issues resolve on retry after fixing the details.
6. 🛠️ Still having trouble? Contact Uxcel Support
