If you're looking to switch from a monthly Uxcel subscription to an annual plan, follow the steps below to ensure a smooth transition and avoid double billing.

Steps to Switch from Monthly to Annual Plan

1. Cancel Your Current Monthly Subscription

Before upgrading, you need to cancel your existing monthly plan:

  1. Go to your Account Settings.

  2. Navigate to the Subscription tab.

  3. Click on Cancel Subscription, and confirm the cancellation.

  4. Your monthly subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.

Note: Once your current subscription ends, you will no longer be charged on a monthly basis.

2. Upgrade to the Annual Plan

Once your monthly plan has expired:

  1. Select the Annual Plan and proceed to checkout.

  2. Complete your payment using your preferred payment method.

Your new annual subscription will begin immediately after the payment is processed.

Key Points to Remember

  • No Overlapping Charges: Cancelling the monthly plan first ensures you won’t be charged twice.

  • Immediate Access: Once you upgrade, you will gain access to all Pro features for a full year.

  • Cost Savings: The annual plan offers significant savings compared to paying monthly.

Accepted Payment Methods for Upgrades

Uxcel offers a range of payment options to make the upgrade process convenient for you:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: Visa, Mastercard

  • Mobile Payments:

    • Google Pay (for Android users)

    • Apple Pay (for iOS users)

  • Bank Transfers: Available for Teams and Enterprise plans (contact [email protected] for details).

Checking Your Subscription Status

To confirm the status of your current plan and billing cycle:

  1. Go to your Account Settings.

  2. Under the Subscription section, view your active plan details and expiration date.
