We understand that managing your payment information is just as important as managing your learning path. Whether you’re switching plans, pausing your subscription, or updating billing preferences, Uxcel makes it easy to stay in control.
How to request card deletion
Since Uxcel currently does not support manual card deletion via your account settings, please follow the steps below:
1. Contact Uxcel Support
Email: Send a request to support@uxcel.com
Live Chat: Use the chat widget on uxcel.com during business hours
2. Include the following in your request:
The email address associated with your Uxcel account
Your current subscription type (Pro Monthly, Annual, Teams, etc.)
Any transaction or invoice details that can help verify your identity
A clear message requesting card detail removal
Example:
Hello, I’d like to remove my saved card information from my Uxcel account. My email is john.doe@gmail.com and I am currently on a Pro Annual plan. Please let me know once the card is deleted. Thank you!
3. Our process
Once your request is received:
The Support team will verify your account
Your card removal request will be forwarded to our technical team
You’ll receive a confirmation once the deletion is complete
Important notes
If you still have an active subscription, we recommend updating your payment method before requesting card deletion to avoid service interruption.
You can switch to another plan or cancel your subscription at any time via Account Settings.
