If you need to delete the card details from your Uxcel account, follow these steps:

  1. Contact Customer Support:

    • Since Uxcel does not currently offer an option to delete card details directly through the user interface, you will need to contact customer support for assistance.

  2. Provide Account Information:

    • When contacting support, provide all necessary information to expedite the process. Include:

      • Your account email address

      • Any relevant transaction or subscription details

  3. Request Deletion of Card Details:

    • Email Support: Send an email to [email protected] with a request to delete your card details. Be sure to include the information listed above.

    • Live Chat: Use the live chat feature on the Uxcel website to request the deletion of your card details. Provide the support representative with your account information.

  4. Support Team Action:

    • The support team will forward your request to the technical team, who will process the deletion of your card details from the system.

Note: Always ensure you have updated your payment information or canceled your subscription if necessary, before deleting card details to avoid any interruption in service.
