How to Manage Your Payment Information
You can update or change your payment method at any time through your account settings:
Log in to your Uxcel account at uxcel.com
Navigate to Account Settings
Go to the Subscription section and update your billing details
Save changes to ensure uninterrupted access to your subscription
What Happens If a Payment Fails?
If your payment fails due to insufficient funds or expired card details:
You will receive an email notification to update your payment details.
You still have 14-days to update the billing information and retry the payment to prolong your subscription.
You can manually retry the payment via Account Settings.
