Students are reporting issues with my course —how do I resolve them?

If students report issues with your course—such as unclear explanations, incorrect content, or technical problems — Uxcel’s support team will take the lead in reviewing and addressing the situation.
All learner feedback and support requests are monitored regularly. Our team will investigate the issue, communicate with the affected user(s), and resolve any technical or platform-related problems directly.
If the matter involves course content or requires clarification from you as the subject matter expert, a member of the Uxcel education team will contact you directly with the details and next steps.
In most cases, no action is needed from you unless we reach out for your input. We appreciate your partnership in helping us maintain a high-quality learning experience for all students.
