How do instructors earn money on Uxcel?

Instructors in the Uxcel instructors program are compensated through a structured model that rewards both content impact and community engagement. While Uxcel handles course production and promotion, instructors play a key role in shaping course quality—and are paid accordingly.

Here’s how instructor earnings work:

1. Course completion rewards

Instructors earn a flat rate of $1 for every learner who:

  • Successfully completes one of their courses, and

  • Receives a certificate of completion

This performance-based system encourages instructors to help deliver clear, engaging, and educationally valuable content that learners want to finish.

2. Referral commissions

Instructors can increase their earnings by referring new learners to Uxcel. You’ll receive a commission when someone purchases a Pro or Team subscription through your unique referral link.

  • 25% commission for each conversion from:

    • Annual Pro plan

    • Team plans

  • 40% commission for each conversion from:

    • Monthly Pro plan

3. Organic conversions

If a user first discovers Uxcel through your course, profile, or shared content—even if they don’t immediately subscribe—you’ll still receive credit if they later upgrade to a Pro plan.

These organic conversions earn you the same commission rate as direct referrals:

  • 25% (annual plans)

  • 40% (monthly plans)

4. Earnings dashboard & payouts

All earnings are transparently tracked through your affiliate dashboard, where you can monitor:

  • Referral clicks and conversions

  • Course completions

  • Commissions earned

Payments are processed monthly, and you’ll receive regular performance reports to help you understand how your content is performing.
