All instructors who join the Uxcel instructors program agree to follow a set of terms and conditions that define the collaboration between instructors and Uxcel. These terms are designed to ensure clarity, quality, and professionalism across all educational offerings on the platform.

Below is an overview of the key terms and conditions instructors must follow:

1. Instructor agreement

When you are accepted into the Uxcel instructors program, you will be required to sign a formal instructor curation agreement. This agreement outlines:

  • The scope of your collaboration

  • Intellectual property rights

  • Compensation structure

  • Expectations for course development and review

  • Compliance with platform policies and community standards

2. Intellectual property rights

  • Uxcel retains ownership of all final course content created through the collaboration

  • Instructors cannot repurpose, redistribute, or publish Uxcel-developed courses on other platforms

  • You may reference Uxcel courses in external communications (such as résumés or portfolios) with proper attribution but cannot reproduce course content publicly

3. Compensation and payment terms

  • Earnings include course completion fees and referral commissions as outlined in the earnings model

  • Payments are processed monthly via the affiliate platform, subject to meeting payout thresholds

  • Instructors are responsible for managing their own tax reporting requirements

4. Content quality and review standards

  • Instructors are expected to work collaboratively with Uxcel’s education team to curate, review, and finalize course content

  • Content must meet Uxcel’s quality standards for accuracy, clarity, relevance, and learner engagement

  • Uxcel reserves the right to request revisions or decline courses that do not meet platform standards

5. Professional conduct

  • Instructors are expected to interact professionally with learners, the Uxcel team, and the broader community

  • Sharing personal contact information with students outside of Uxcel’s approved communication channels is not permitted

  • Participation in promotional activities, events, or mentorship initiatives must align with Uxcel’s guidelines

6. Contract duration and termination

  • Instructor agreements are typically valid for one year and automatically renew unless terminated

  • Uxcel may terminate the agreement with 30 days’ notice

  • Instructors who wish to terminate must provide six months' notice in writing

7. Legal compliance

  • Instructors must comply with all applicable intellectual property laws, data protection regulations, and professional standards

  • Any violation of legal, ethical, or platform policies may result in the suspension or termination of your instructor status
