✅ Immediate access to premium features

When you upgrade your plan:

  • You are charged immediately for the new subscription.

  • You gain instant access to all features in the upgraded plan.

These features may include:

  • Unlimited course access (UX, PM, AI skills & more)

  • Guided career paths by role

  • Certification programs

  • Analytics dashboards (for teams)

  • Team skill tracking & reports

🔄 From Monthly to Annual Plan (individuals)

If you're on a monthly Pro plan and want to switch to annual to save more:

  1. Cancel your current monthly plan via Account Settings → Subscription

  2. Your access remains active until the end of the billing cycle

  3. Once it expires, return to the Pricing Page and select the Annual Plan

This avoids dual charges and ensures a smooth transition.


👥 From Pro to Team or Enterprise Plan

If you’re moving from an individual plan to a Team or Enterprise subscription:

  • Contact Uxcel Support to initiate the upgrade at support@uxcel.com or via Live chat

  • You may be eligible for a prorated refund for the unused time on your annual Pro plan

  • You will get immediate access to:

    • Role-specific learning paths (UX, PM, AI)

    • Skill analytics dashboards

    • Team performance tracking

    • Flexible billing and centralized management

🧾 Payment methods accepted for upgrades

  • Visa & Mastercard

  • Apple Pay / Google Pay

  • Bank Transfers (for Teams & Enterprise) — via support

🔻 Downgrading your plan

If you choose to downgrade your plan (e.g., from Pro to Starter):

  • You’ll keep access to Pro features until the end of your current billing cycle

  • After that, your account will automatically revert to the Starter plan with limited access

  • No new charges will occur unless you resubscribe

🔒 Don’t worry — all your earned certificates stay in your profile even after the downgrade.


❌ Canceling your Uxcel subscription

Here’s what happens when you cancel:

  1. Access Until End of Billing Cycle
    You can continue using all Pro or Team features until your current billing period ends.

  2. Revert to Starter Plan
    Once your paid plan expires, you’ll still have access to free content and your account, just without premium features.

  3. Keep Your Progress
    Certificates and completed courses will remain saved in your profile.

  4. No Further Charges
    After cancellation, you won’t be billed again unless you upgrade.


💸 Refunds & switching plans mid-cycle

🔁 Can I get a prorated refund?

  • Monthly plans are non-refundable

  • Annual plans may be refundable if:

    • You cancel within the first 14 days

    • A billing error occurred

Pro to Team upgrade:
If you’re upgrading from an individual annual Pro plan to a Team plan, you’re eligible for a prorated refund based on unused time — applied toward the cost of your new team plan.
