How does the instructor onboarding process work?

Once accepted into the Uxcel instructors program, you'll go through a structured onboarding process designed to support you every step of the way. From selecting a course topic to launching your first course, our education team will guide you throughout your journey.
Step-by-step onboarding process
1. Agreement signing
After you're accepted into the program, you'll sign a formal curation agreement that outlines the terms of your collaboration with Uxcel.
2. Topic selection
You’ll work closely with our education team to choose a course topic that aligns with your expertise, current industry needs, and learner demand on the platform.
3. Course production & review
You’ll curate and review course materials—this includes shaping the curriculum and ensuring the content meets high industry standards. Uxcel’s team handles copywriting, visual assets, and interactive elements.
4. Profile & dashboard setup
You’ll be guided through setting up your instructor profile and affiliate dashboard. This will help you track your course performance, referrals, and earnings.
5. Course launch & promotion
Once everything is finalized, your course goes live on Uxcel! It’s supported by platform-wide promotion through email campaigns, social media, and community announcements.
6. Reporting & earnings tracking
You’ll receive regular updates and reports that include student engagement insights, course feedback, and earnings breakdowns via your dashboard.
