At Uxcel, we currently offer four subscription plans: Starter, Pro, Teams, and Enterprise. These plans are designed to cater to a wide range of needs, from individual learners to organizations and large enterprises seeking design education for their teams.

Subscription Options:

  • Monthly Subscription:

    • Available for individual Pro users. This plan operates on an automatically recurring payment schedule, meaning your card will be charged every month on the same date, ensuring uninterrupted access to your subscription.

  • Annual Subscription:

    • Pay for your subscription upfront for the entire year.

  • Team and Enterprise Plans:

    • Tailored for organizations, the Team Plan supports smaller teams, while the Enterprise Plan is designed for larger companies with advanced needs. Both plans include centralized billing, team management tools, and custom solutions.

Types of Payments Accepted:

At Uxcel, we offer flexible payment options to make subscribing and managing your plan convenient:

  • Credit and Debit Cards:

We accept all major credit and debit cards through Stripe billing, including:

    • Visa

    • Mastercard

  • Mobile Payment Options:

    • Google Pay: Securely pay for your subscription using Google Pay on Android devices.

    • Apple Pay: For iPhone users, Apple Pay allows quick and secure transactions directly from your mobile device.

  • Bank Transfers for Teams and Enterprise Plans:

For organizations subscribed to the Team or Enterprise plans, we also offer payment via bank transfer upon request. This ensures flexibility for businesses that require customized billing solutions.

Managing Payments and Renewals:

  • Ensure your payment method has sufficient funds or balance at the time of renewal to avoid interruptions to your subscription.

  • For Teams and Enterprise plans, contact Uxcel support to set up bank transfer options or manage customized billing needs.

What Happens If a Payment Fails?

In the event of a failed payment, access to your Pro, Team, or Enterprise Plan features may be temporarily paused until the issue is resolved. For Teams and Enterprise users, our support team can assist with any billing questions or concerns at [email protected]
