If you're having trouble logging in to your Uxcel account, follow these steps to regain access.
1. Check Your Login Method
Uxcel allows users to sign in using different methods:
Email & Password
Google Login
Apple Login
Make sure you are using the correct method associated with your account.
2. Reset Your Password (For Email & Password Users)
If you can’t remember your password or it’s not working:
Go to the Uxcel Login Page.
Click on "Forgot password?"
Enter your registered email and follow the instructions in the reset email.
Check your inbox (and spam folder) for the reset email.
Click the link in the email and create a new password.
Try logging in again with your new password.
If you don’t receive the password reset email within a few minutes, check your spam/junk folder or ensure you entered the correct email address.
NOTE: If you're unable to reset your password, double-check whether you originally signed up using Google or Apple Login instead of an email and password. Uxcel accounts can only be linked to one login method at a time, so if you initially used Google or Apple, you won’t be able to sign in with an email and password.
For more details on updating your login method, visit our guide: How to Change Your Login Method.
3. Troubleshooting Google or Apple Login Issues
If You're Using Google or Apple Login and Can’t Access Your Account:
Ensure You’re Using the Right Google/Apple Account: Try switching accounts and logging in with a different email if you have multiple accounts.
Check Google/Apple Services Status: If Google or Apple services are experiencing downtime, you may temporarily be unable to log in.
Try Logging in with an Incognito/Private Browsing Window: Sometimes, browser extensions or cookies can interfere with login sessions.
4. Browser & App Troubleshooting
Clear Cache & Cookies: Go to your browser settings and clear cache/cookies, then try logging in again.
Try a Different Browser: If the issue persists, switch to another browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge).
Disable Browser Extensions: Some ad blockers or browser extensions can interfere with login processes. Try disabling them and retrying.
Check for Service Outages: If Uxcel is experiencing downtime, wait a few minutes and try again.
