If you need to update your login method or email address associated with your Uxcel account, follow these steps based on your current login method.
Changing Your Email Address
If you need to update your email address, follow these steps:
For Email & Password Users:
Send both your current email and the new email address to [email protected].
The Uxcel support team will update your email promptly.
For Google or Apple Login Users:
You cannot directly update your email if you signed up with Google or Apple.
Instead, create a new Uxcel account using your new email.
After that, contact [email protected] with both your old and new email addresses.
The Uxcel support team will transfer all your data and subscription to your new account.
Changing Your Login Method
If you originally signed up using Google or Apple and would like to switch to an email and password login using the same email address, you’ll need to contact our support team first.
Steps:
Email [email protected] with the following information:
Your current email address (linked to your Google or Apple account)
The new email address you’d like to use, if applicable
Our support team will verify your account and guide you through creating a new email/password account.
Once your new account is created, we’ll migrate all your data and subscription to the new login method.
After migration is complete, you can log in using your new email and password.
