How do I download my certificate?

Once you complete an eligible Uxcel course, your certificate is automatically generated and added to your profile.

To download your certificate:

  1. Log into your account

  2. Click your profile photo in the top-right corner

  3. Open your personal profile page

  4. Scroll down to the Course Certificates section

  5. Click on the certificate you want to download

Certificates are provided in PDF format, making them easy to store, print, or share.

If you do not see your certificate, ensure that:

  • The course is fully completed

  • You are on a Pro or paid Team plan

Where can I find my certificates?

All earned certificates are stored in your personal profile.

To access them:

  • Click your profile photo (top-right corner)

  • Scroll down on your profile page

  • View the Course Certificates section

All certificates you have earned will appear there.

On the same page, you will also see an Explore Courses button, where you can browse additional learning opportunities.


Can I re-download my certificate?

Yes.

You can re-download your certificate at any time from your profile, as long as your account remains active.

Previously issued certificates are not deleted if you cancel your subscription. They remain associated with your account.


Can I share my certificate publicly?

Yes โ€” and we encourage you to do so.

Your certificate can be:

  • Added to your LinkedIn profile

  • Shared in a LinkedIn post

  • Included in your resume

  • Added to your portfolio

  • Sent directly to employers

Certificates demonstrate your commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.


Can I add it to LinkedIn?

Yes. To add your certificate to LinkedIn:

  1. Go to your LinkedIn profile

  2. Open the Licenses & Certifications section

  3. Click โ€œAdd license or certificationโ€

  4. Fill in:

    • Name: Course title

    • Issuing organization: Uxcel

    • Issue date

    • Credential ID (if applicable)

    • Credential URL (if available)

Adding certificates to LinkedIn increases visibility and strengthens your professional profile.


Does Uxcel provide a verification link?

Some certificates may include a credential ID or verification link.

If included, this allows employers or third parties to verify the authenticity of your certificate.

Verification details, when available, are displayed directly on the certificate.
