🔄 How to manage and update your billing details
Keeping your payment info up to date ensures uninterrupted access to your courses, team dashboards, and certification tools.
To update your billing:
Log into your Uxcel account
Go to Account Settings → Subscription
Click Edit billing info
Save changes
For team leads: centralized billing settings are available via the Teams dashboard.

You’ll receive an email notification
You have 14 days to update your payment method
Retry anytime from Account Settings → Subscription
