Yes — Certified by Uxcel is the new name and structure for what was previously called Professional Certification.

Rather than a single certification type, Certified by Uxcel is now organized into three tiers:

  • Foundational — for early-career professionals and career switchers

  • Professional — for professionals with around two years of experience

  • Speciality — for deep expertise in a specific discipline, tool, or method

"Professional" is still used as a term — but now it refers specifically to the middle tier, not to certification as a whole.
