How does the scoring system look like

To determine passing scores for certification exams, Uxcel uses the bookmark method. In this approach, each question within a specific domain is ranked by difficulty—from easiest to hardest.
Subject matter experts then evaluate the list and identify the point where a minimally qualified learner would have less than a 67% chance of answering correctly. This question’s difficulty becomes the target score for that domain.
The final target score for a domain is calculated as the average of all domain-specific target scores set by experts. To determine the passing score for the overall exam, we then average the scores across all domains.
This approach ensures that the exam accurately reflects the knowledge and skills required to be considered professionally competent.
