At Uxcel, you can easily upgrade or downgrade your subscription to better support your learning goals — whether you're diving deeper into UX, transitioning into Product Management, or building AI literacy for the future of product work.

🔁 How to manage your subscription

  1. Log in to your account
    Go to uxcel.com and sign in with your email and password, Google account, or Apple ID.

  2. Access your subscription settings
    Click your avatar in the top right corner → Select “Account Settings” → Go to the “Subscription” tab.

  3. Choose “Upgrade” or “Change Plan”
    You’ll see your current subscription and options to adjust it. Select a new plan based on your goals:

    • Upgrade: Switch from Monthly to Annual, or from Starter to Pro, to unlock full access to UX, Product Management, and AI courses, certifications, and job board features.

    • Downgrade: Move from Annual to Monthly, or Pro to Starter if you're scaling back. Note that downgrading removes access to premium features once your current billing cycle ends.

  4. Review and confirm
    Preview your new billing details, including any feature changes or cost differences. Then confirm to apply the changes.

💸 Billing adjustments

  • Upgrades take effect immediately. You’ll be charged the difference, with any unused time credited toward your new plan.

  • Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period. You’ll retain access to all Pro features until then.
