Is the course completion certificate free?

Course completion certificates are included at no additional cost for eligible subscribers.

Uxcel does not charge a separate fee for issuing certificates. However, access to certificates depends on your subscription plan.

Who can receive certificates?

Certificates are available to:

• Pro users with an active subscription

• Team users with an active paid Team plan

Once an eligible user completes all required course content, the certificate is automatically generated and added to their profile.

There is:

• No application process

• No additional payment

• No manual approval

Why are certificates not available on the Starter plan?

Users on the Starter plan have limited course access and cannot complete full courses.

Because certificates are issued only after a course is fully completed, Starter users are not eligible to receive certificates of completion.

To unlock course completion and certificates, users must upgrade to Pro or join a paid Team plan.

What about Team trial access?

Team trial access allows users to explore course content, but certificates are only issued once the Team subscription is upgraded to a paid plan.

Certificates are not generated during trial access.

Do I have to pay extra for a certificate?

No.

If you are on an eligible plan (Pro or paid Team), certificates are automatically included. There are no additional certificate fees.

How can I check if my plan includes certificates?

To confirm whether your current plan includes access to course completion certificates:

1. Go to your Account Settings

2. Open the Subscription tab

3. Check the name of your active plan

If your plan is listed as Starter, certificate access is not included. Starter users cannot complete full courses and therefore are not eligible to receive certificates.

To unlock course completion and certificates, you will need to upgrade to a Pro plan or join a paid Team plan.
