Team admins can now require team members to complete the Uxcel Pulse Assessment during onboarding. This ensures that new members are aligned with team goals and expectations from the start.

Members can be allowed to participate in community leagues. This option fosters a sense of community and encourages healthy competition among team members.

Admins can choose to allow public profiles. This feature enables team members to showcase their skills and achievements to a broader audience, enhancing their professional visibility.

Allowing members to post public projects can be an excellent way for teams to share their work with the community, gain feedback, and collaborate on a larger scale.

Members can be allowed to see the Leaderboard, which can serve as a motivational tool by highlighting top performers within the team.

Enabling this option allows members to receive Weekly Update emails, keeping them informed of team progress and upcoming activities.

All of these options can be toggled on or off according to your team's needs. The Team Admin has the authority to decide whether these features should be enabled or disabled, providing a customizable experience that aligns with your team's privacy policies.
