Our vision is to bring your entire design team on board, together with internal cross-functional teams that have a high impact on your design outputs, or design team growth. With this in mind, you have an option to invite team members based on the seats you have available.
At the moment, we have enabled three predefined access levels:
Learn - a role that allows your team member to access all Pro learning content
Hire - a role that includes everything in Learn, plus access to post jobs, screen candidates, and contact designers. This is ideal for hiring managers
Admin - access to everything, including team analytics, workplace settings, and member engagement. This is ideal for team leads, or managers that are directly involved in your team upskilling
All you need to do is to add an email address of a user you’d like to invite to your team, and assign a specific role (access level) to them. If a user is already a part of the team, you will get a notification, like the one you see in the GIF above 👆
Once the invite is sent, your team member will get an invitation link on their email to join the team.
