Updating Your Email Address:
If you need to change your email address, please send your current email address and the new email address to the Uxcel support team at [email protected]. They will update your email address as soon as possible.
If you signed up using your Google or Apple account and wish to change your email address, you need to create a new Uxcel account using your new email address. Then, contact the support team and provide both your old and new email addresses. The support team will migrate all your data, including your subscription, to the new account.
Updating Your Password:
For users who signed up with an email and password:
Log in to your Uxcel account.
Click on your profile picture or avatar at the top right corner of the page and select "Account Settings."
In the account settings, find the "Change Password" option.
Enter your current password, followed by your new password, and confirm the new password.
Click "Save" or "Update" to apply the changes.
