How can I cancel my paid plan?

You can cancel your Uxcel subscription at any time.

Steps to cancel:

  1. Log in to your account: Go to uxcel.com and log in with your email, Google, or Apple account.

  2. Access your subscription settings: Click your profile photo > "Account Settings" > "Subscription" tab.

  3. Click "Cancel Subscription": You'll see your current plan and a button to cancel it.

  4. Follow confirmation prompts: You may be asked to confirm your reason and complete a short flow.

  5. Receive confirmation email: After cancellation, you'll receive a confirmation email. You'll continue to have access to Pro features until your billing cycle ends.

After cancellation:

  • Your account will revert to the Free Starter Plan.

  • You will not be charged again.

  • All certificates, achievements, and learning history will remain saved.

What happens when I cancel my paid plan?

When you cancel:

  • You won't be charged again.

  • You can continue using all Pro features until your current billing period ends.

  • Once expired, your account downgrades to the Starter Plan.

  • You'll retain access to all certificates earned during your subscription.

  • You'll lose access to Pro content like full courses, learning paths, and career tools.

You can upgrade again anytime to regain access.

Can I cancel anytime, and what is the refund policy?

Yes — Uxcel offers flexible cancellation. Refund eligibility depends on the plan type and timeframe.

Refund policy:

  • Monthly subscriptions: Not eligible for refunds.

  • First-time annual subscriptions: You may be eligible for a refund within 14 days of purchase, provided you have not completed a certificate and have not consumed a significant amount of premium content. "First-time" means you have never previously held an annual plan, or this is your very first Uxcel subscription of any kind.

  • Annual subscription renewals: You may be eligible for a refund if you submit your request within 72 hours of the renewal charge.

How to request a refund:

  1. Contact support@uxcel.com or use the live chat on the Uxcel website during business hours.

  2. Include your account email, plan type, purchase date, reason for the refund, and a screenshot or document of your invoice.

  3. Our team will review your case and respond with next steps.

Can I switch plans after I have subscribed?

Yes, Uxcel allows you to switch plans easily at any time.

Switching plans:

  • Monthly → Annual: Cancel your current monthly plan and then re-subscribe to the annual plan after your current period ends.

  • Starter (Free) → Pro: Upgrade anytime from the Uxcel Pricing Page.

  • Individual → Team: Visit Uxcel for Teams and contact support for a tailored plan.

Downgrading to Free:

  • Cancel your paid plan from your Subscription tab.

  • Your account will switch to the Starter Plan once the current billing cycle ends.

What happens to my data and progress if I switch or cancel my plan?

Your learning history and achievements are always preserved:

  • If you switch plans: All your course progress, certificates, and quiz results remain available.

  • If you cancel: Your account downgrades to the Starter Plan, but you keep all data. Premium content becomes locked, but you can upgrade anytime and pick up where you left off.

Is the yearly subscription plan billed monthly or yearly?

The Yearly Subscription is a single annual payment — not monthly.

  • Billing: You pay once for a full year of access.

  • Renewal: Auto-renews each year unless canceled before the next billing date.

  • Savings: It offers a lower overall cost compared to paying monthly.

Payment methods

Uxcel accepts several payment options:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: Visa, Mastercard

  • Mobile Wallets (in Uxcel Go app): Apple Pay, Google Pay

  • Team/Enterprise Plans: Bank transfer (contact support)
