If you don't receive the verification email after signing up for Uxcel, follow these steps to resolve the issue:

  1. Check Your Spam/Junk Folder: Sometimes, verification emails can end up in your spam or junk folder. Check these folders in your email account to see if the email is there.

  2. Ensure Correct Email Address: Make sure you entered the correct email address during the sign-up process. A typo in your email address could prevent you from receiving the verification email.

  3. Resend the Verification Email: Go to the Uxcel login page and click on the link to resend the verification email. This option is usually available on the page where you log in or after attempting to log in with an unverified account.

  4. Wait a Few Minutes: Sometimes, there can be a delay in email delivery. Wait a few minutes and then check your inbox and spam/junk folders again.

  5. Whitelist Uxcel’s Email Address: Add Uxcel’s email address ([email protected]) to your email account’s whitelist or contacts to ensure future emails are not blocked or filtered as spam.
