Team Upskill allows you to assign specific courses, lessons, assessments, and challenges to your team members, as well as to track their progress of completion.
We have purposefully built this feature to help you:
Take your mentorship to the next level, by giving you an ability to assign specific learning materials that will contribute to your team member’s skill development
Unlock peer mentorship, where you can influence your senior designers to help you guide mediors and juniors, where they can assign specific learning materials that will improve their hard skills and soft skills
Continuously benchmark your team members for specific skills, so you can staff the right people to the right project, at the right time
Showing non-completed assignments
On your team dashboard, you will be able to see who from your team members did not complete assignments. They are marked with a red circle, showing which assignments have not been completed yet, allowing you to send them a reminder to complete the learning materials that are assigned to them.
