As a security precaution, we use a secure, external payment service and do not store any credit card data on our side. We bill for our service on a monthly or yearly membership basis and all enrollment plans are automatically renewed unless the membership is canceled (Terms of Use). You can stop automatic billing while continuing to use the features you've already paid for until your current subscription expires by following the process outlined here: How do I cancel my subscription?

There is not a built-in way to remove your payment method on file. However, there are a few workarounds:
You can add another payment method by navigating to your account, clicking on your name, and navigating to Settings > Subscription. This will replace the current payment method on file.
If you wish to no longer subscribe to Uxcel, and do not want to keep your progress or account, you may delete your account. Please note, this action is available only to Free plans and cannot be undone.
