How do I renew my subscription?

Keep uninterrupted access to Uxcel’s growing library of UX, Product Management, and AI courses by renewing your subscription on time. This article explains how to check your renewal status, update your payment method, and manually renew if needed.

Automatic renewal

All individual subscriptions (Monthly and Annual Pro Plans) are set to auto-renew by default. This means:

  • Your plan will automatically renew at the end of your current billing cycle.

  • The renewal charge will be processed using the payment method saved in your account.

  • You will retain continuous access to premium features, including courses, career paths, certificates, and progress tracking.

Tip: To avoid failed payments or interruptions, make sure your billing information is current by going to Account Settings → Subscription.


Manual renewal

If your plan was canceled, expired, or the auto-renew failed, follow these steps to renew manually:

  1. Log in to your Uxcel account using your email, Google account, or Apple ID.

  2. Click your profile picture at the top right corner of the screen.

  3. Go to Account Settings → Subscription.

  4. Click Renew Subscription.

  5. Follow the instructions to complete your payment. If no payment method is saved, you will be prompted to enter one.

Once completed, your access to all premium learning features will be instantly restored.
