Canceling your Uxcel subscription is quick and easy — and you can do it anytime if your learning goals or plans change. Whether you're pausing your growth in UX, Product Management, or AI, your progress and certificates will be saved for when you're ready to return.
🔽 How to cancel your subscription
Log in to your Uxcel account
Visit uxcel.com and log in using your email and password, Google, or Apple account.Access your subscription settings
Click on your profile photo in the top-right corner → Select “Account Settings” → Navigate to the “Subscription” tab.Locate the cancellation option
Under your current subscription details, click “Cancel Subscription.”Follow the prompts
You may be asked to confirm your cancellation or provide feedback. Complete the short process to finalize.Check your email
After successfully canceling, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Your access to Pro features (including UX, PM, and AI content) will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.
🧾 What happens after cancellation?
You’ll keep your certificates, design profile, and progress.
After your billing cycle ends, your account will automatically revert to the free Starter Plan.
You can resubscribe anytime to continue where you left off.
