How do I upgrade or downgrade my subscription?

You can easily upgrade or downgrade your Uxcel subscription to better suit your needs. Here’s how to manage your subscription:

  1. Log In to Your Account:

    • Go to the Uxcel website and log in using your email and password, Google account, or Apple ID.

  2. Access Account Settings:

    • Click on your profile picture or avatar at the top right corner of the page and select "Account Settings" or "Subscription" from the dropdown menu.

  3. Manage Subscription:

    • In the subscription section, you will see details about your current plan. Look for an option to "Upgrade" or "Change Plan."

  4. Choose Your New Plan:

    • Upgrade: If you want to upgrade your plan (e.g., from a Monthly to an Annual subscription), select the new plan you wish to upgrade to. The system will guide you through the process, including any necessary payment adjustments.

    • Downgrade: If you want to downgrade your plan (e.g., from an Annual to a Monthly subscription), select the new plan you wish to downgrade to. Keep in mind that downgrading may affect your access to certain features.

  5. Review and Confirm:

    • Review the details of your new plan, including any changes to billing and access to features. Confirm your selection to complete the upgrade or downgrade process.

  6. Billing Adjustments:

    • Prorated Charges: If you upgrade mid-cycle, you may receive a prorated credit for the unused portion of your current plan, which will be applied to the new subscription cost. For downgrades, the change will typically take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
