Switching from an annual to a monthly plan on Uxcel is a straightforward process, though it typically takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. Here’s how to make the switch:

  1. Log In to Your Account:

    • Go to the Uxcel website and log in using your email and password, Google account, or Apple ID.

  2. Access Account Settings:

    • Click on your profile picture or avatar at the top right corner of the page and select "Account Settings" or "Subscription" from the dropdown menu.

  3. Manage Subscription:

    • In the subscription section, you will see details about your current plan. Look for an option labeled "Change Plan" or "Downgrade."

  4. Select the Monthly Plan:

    • Choose the monthly plan option. The system will inform you that the change will take effect at the end of your current annual billing cycle.

  5. Review the Change Details:

    • Review the details of the switch. Since you’ve already paid for the annual plan, the monthly plan will only begin once your current subscription period ends.

  6. Confirm the Change:

    • Confirm your selection to ensure that your subscription will transition to the monthly plan once the annual plan expires.

Important Note:

  • No Immediate Refunds: Switching from an annual to a monthly plan does not typically result in an immediate refund of the unused portion of the annual subscription. The monthly plan will start once your current annual period ends.
