What happens when I cancel my paid plan?

If you decide to cancel your paid plan on Uxcel, here’s what you can expect:

1. Access Until the End of the Billing Cycle:

  • After canceling, you will continue to have full access to all Pro or Team Plan features until the end of your current billing period. Whether you have a monthly or annual subscription, the cancellation will take effect at the end of that billing cycle.

  • During this time, you can still take courses, earn certificates, and use any other premium features included in your plan.

2. Reverting to the Starter Plan:

  • Once the billing cycle ends, your account will automatically revert to the Starter Plan. This plan has limited access to Uxcel’s features, such as free courses or lessons, and you will lose access to premium content, including any additional courses, assessments, challenges, and Pro-only features.

3. Keeping Your Certificates:

  • Any certificates you’ve earned while using the paid plan will remain in your account, even after you cancel your subscription. You will still be able to access and download these certificates.

4. No New Charges:

  • After canceling your subscription, you will no longer be billed for future renewals. However, if you decide to resubscribe in the future, you can upgrade your plan at any time.

5. Refunds:

  • Uxcel typically does not offer refunds for unused time in a current billing period. However, certain refund requests, such as billing errors, may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis by contacting Uxcel support at [email protected]

Summary:

  • Access Until End of Billing Cycle: Continue to use premium features until the end of your current billing period.

  • Revert to Starter Plan: After the billing cycle ends, your account will revert to a limited access plan.

  • Keep Your Certificates: You’ll retain access to any certificates you earned during your subscription.

  • No Future Charges: After canceling, you won’t be billed again unless you resubscribe.
