  • Data and Progress Retention:

    • When you change your subscription plan, all your data and progress are retained. This means that your completed courses, earned certificates, quiz results, and other achievements will remain intact, ensuring a seamless transition between plans.

  • Upgrading Your Plan:

    • If you upgrade your plan (e.g., from a Monthly to an Annual subscription), you will gain access to additional features and resources immediately. Your existing progress will be unaffected, and you can continue your learning journey with the enhanced benefits of the upgraded plan.

  • Downgrading Your Plan:

    • If you downgrade your plan (e.g., from an Annual to a Monthly subscription), you will still retain all your data and progress. However, access to certain premium features may be restricted depending on the new plan’s limitations. Any courses or resources that were part of the higher-tier plan may no longer be accessible after the downgrade, but your progress in those courses will be saved.

  • Reactivating Features:

    • If you later decide to upgrade again, you can regain access to any previously restricted features, and your progress in those areas will be restored.

These measures ensure that your learning experience remains consistent and that your hard-earned progress and achievements are preserved, regardless of any changes to your subscription plan.
