Yes, when you upgrade your Uxcel subscription plan, you will be charged immediately for the new plan. The amount charged will depend on whether you choose a monthly or annual subscription and whether you have any remaining balance from your previous plan.


How Upgrading Works

When you upgrade your Uxcel plan (e.g., from Starter to Pro or from Monthly to Annual), the following happens:

  1. Immediate Access to Pro Features:

  2. Billing Adjustment for Existing Subscription:

    If you currently have a monthly subscription and wish to switch to the annual plan, follow these steps:

    1. Cancel Your Current Monthly Subscription:

      • Go to your Account Settings

      • Navigate to the Subscription tab and select Cancel Subscription

      • Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.

    2. Upgrade to the Annual Plan:

      • Once your current monthly plan expires, visit the Pricing Page

      • Select the annual plan and complete the payment.

      • You will gain access to all Pro features immediately upon successful payment.

    This process ensures that you avoid being charged for both plans simultaneously and allows you to maximize your subscription period.

  3. Renewal Dates:

    • After upgrading, your subscription will renew automatically at the new plan's pricing on the next billing date.


What Happens If I Downgrade My Plan?

If you choose to downgrade your plan:

  • Your access to Pro features will continue until the end of your current billing cycle.

  • No immediate charges will occur, and your account will revert to the Starter Plan after the paid period ends.

  • You can view and manage your subscription through your Account Settings.

Uxcel accepts a variety of payment methods for upgrading, including:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard)

  • Google Pay (for Android users)

  • Apple Pay (for iOS users)
