How to Switch Plans
Upgrading from Monthly to Annual Plan
If you're currently on a monthly plan and wish to switch to an annual plan, follow these steps:
Cancel Your Monthly Subscription:
Go to your Account Settings
Navigate to the Subscription tab.
Select Cancel Subscription, and confirm the cancellation.
Your monthly plan will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
Upgrade to Annual Plan After Expiry:
Once your monthly plan expires, visit the Uxcel Pricing Page.
Choose the Annual Plan and complete the purchase.
Upgrading from Starter to Pro Plan
To gain full access to Uxcel’s Pro features, you can upgrade from the free Starter plan to Pro anytime:
Go to Uxcel Pricing Page.
Select the Pro Plan (monthly or annual).
Enter your payment details and confirm your subscription.
Enjoy unlimited access to courses, career paths, and more!
Switching from Individual to Team Plan
If you want to switch from an individual subscription to a Team plan, follow these steps:
Visit Uxcel for Teams and explore the benefits.

Once you upgrade, your team members will receive access to all team features, including analytics and progress tracking.
Switching from Pro to Starter (Downgrading)
If you no longer wish to continue with a paid subscription, you can downgrade to the free Starter plan:
Go to Account Settings.
Select Cancel Subscription, and confirm the downgrade.
Once your Pro plan expires, your account will switch to the Starter plan with limited access.
Note: You will retain access to any certificates earned during your Pro subscription.
