Do all courses provide a course completion certificate?

Every structured Uxcel course provides a certificate of completion.

Once a course is fully completed, a certificate is automatically issued to eligible users. The certificate confirms that you have successfully completed all required lessons and assessments within that specific course.

Certificates are generated automatically — there is no separate application process or manual approval required.

However, access to course completion and certificates depends on your subscription plan.

Who can receive a course completion certificate?

Course completion certificates are available to:

• Pro users with an active subscription

• Team users with an active paid Team plan

These users have full access to complete courses. Once all course requirements are met, certificates are automatically issued and added to the user’s profile.

Why can’t Starter users receive certificates?

Users on the Starter plan have limited access to course completion features.

Since Starter users cannot complete full courses, they are not eligible to receive certificates of completion.

Certificates are only issued after a course is fully completed, and course completion requires a Pro or paid Team subscription.

Do Team trial users receive certificates?

Team trial access allows users to explore the platform, but it does not include certificate eligibility.

Certificates are only issued once the Team subscription is upgraded to a paid plan.

If your team is currently on a trial and you need certificate access, your team admin can upgrade the subscription from the Team dashboard.

How to unlock certificates

To receive certificates, you need:

• An active Pro subscription
  OR

• An active paid Team subscription

Once upgraded, you will be able to:

• Complete full courses

• Automatically receive certificates

• Download and share them on LinkedIn or your portfolio

During a Team trial, users may explore course content, but certificates are only issued after the Team plan is upgraded to a paid subscription.

Is the certificate free?

There is no additional fee for certificates.

If you have an active Pro subscription or a paid Team subscription, certificates are automatically issued upon successful course completion.
